The Metronome M1 offers a wide tempo range of 10-300 BPM, catering to various musical styles from Grave to Prestissimo, including popular tempos like Lento, Largo, Adagio, Andante, Moderato, Allegro, Vivace, and Presto. One convenient feature is the "Tap Tempo" function, which allows you to set your desired tempo effortlessly by tapping a button.

In addition to the standard time signatures, the Metronome M1 supports various common time signatures:

<ul>
 <li>2/4 (duple): commonly used for polkas or marches.</li>
 <li>3/4 (triple): widely used for waltzes, minuets, scherzi, country & western ballads, R&B, and occasionally in pop.</li>
 <li>4/4 (quadruple): also known as common time, widely used in most forms of Western popular music such as rock, blues, country, funk, and pop. It is often the starting point for students.</li>
</ul>

The Metronome M1 also supports compound time signatures:

<ul>
 <li>6/8 (duple): used in double jigs, polkas, sega, salegy, tarantella, marches, barcarolles, Irish jigs, loures, and some rock music.</li>
 <li>9/8 (triple): also known as compound triple time, used in triple jigs.</li>
 <li>12/8 (quadruple): commonly used in slower blues (known as a shuffle) and doo-wop. It has gained popularity in more recent rock music as well.</li>
</ul>

With the latest update of the Metronome M1, users now have the ability to set any time signature they desire. Additionally, the app offers a variety of note values for tempo marking, including the Quarter note, Dotted quarter note, Half note, Dotted half note, and Eighth note. The metronome beats can be accompanied by haptic feedback for enhanced user experience.
